These Terms of Service govern your use of ClaudeWatermark (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Educational use only

The Site is an educational interface for explaining how Claude-style text watermarking works and for running a third-party AI-likelihood check. Each visitor may run up to 100 detections. The on-page score is not Anthropic’s official watermark detector and must not be treated as proof that Claude did or did not write a passage.

No affiliation

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. References to Anthropic’s public statements are for explanation only.

Third-party services

The “Remove / Humanize” action opens GPTHumanizer at https://www.gpthumanizer.ai/. That service is operated by a third party. Your use of it is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Use the Site lawfully and for informational purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or misuse the Site.
• Do not present heuristic results as official watermark verification or as evidence in a legal, academic, or compliance proceeding.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Heuristic scores may be incomplete, conservative, or wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from reliance on any score, explanation, or third-party rewrite tool.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
